Getting key shards in hextech crafting

 Hey there everyone since the new hex-tech crafting mechanism has been put in league of legends I found that getting key shards is the rarest thing in the world I got all my chests unlocked and only opened up one for this whole month which in my opinion, is just stupid since the drop rate is so low. I think that you should get a key every time you win and not by random but make them cost more to be turned to a key instead of 3 make it 5 because then everyone will be stacked with keys so you have to up the price for them. Lastly I think that we should be able to disenchant old skins or champions we don't play with anymore for essence or even be able to reroll them. Now im just going to be talking about what loot I've gotten from the hex-tech crafting system, I got Temple Jax, Astronaut Teemo, and Firecracker Ward Skin.
